With over 20 years of experience in the construction and building industry, Dave brings a wealth of expertise to the Prefabulous team. His impressive career spans custom residential homes, high-end renovations, architectural builds, commercial carpentry (think hospitals and university accommodations), and insurance projects.

Dave started as a prefab contractor in 2020 and is now our dedicated Construction Manager, leading the way at Prefabulous since 2023. Known for his organisation, approachability, and friendly nature, Dave ensures every project runs smoothly and efficiently.

We’re lucky to have someone as experienced and personable as Dave on the team—he’s a true master of his craft and an all-around great bloke!
