Project Overview
This project involved the delivery of 10 boutique one-bedroom villas for Cupitt’s Estate, a well-known winery, restaurant, and accommodation destination on the NSW South Coast. Set amongst rolling hills and vineyards, the villas were designed to offer a high-end, private guest experience that complements the broader estate.
The Brief
The client was looking to expand their accommodation offering with architecturally designed villas that felt elevated, cohesive, and in keeping with the natural landscape. The villas needed to provide a premium guest experience, while also being efficient to deliver and consistent in quality across the development.
Our Approach
We delivered a series of modular one-bedroom villas, designed to feel warm, refined, and connected to their surroundings. Each villa includes open-plan living, a kitchenette, and private outdoor spaces, with carefully considered interiors, high ceilings, and premium finishes to enhance the guest experience.
Constructed off-site and installed between 2021 and 2022, the modular approach allowed for strong quality control while streamlining the build process and minimising disruption to the operational estate.
The Outcome
The result is a cohesive accommodation offering that integrates seamlessly into the Cupitt’s Estate experience. Guests can stay on-site and enjoy the winery, restaurant, and surrounding landscape, creating a complete destination experience. The project highlights how modular construction can deliver architecturally designed, high-end accommodation efficiently, without compromising on quality or design.
