Prefabulous designed and delivered a Net Zero prototype modular home for Ingenia Holiday Parks, completed and installed in February 2026.
This project focused on developing a single, fully resolved prototype that could be tested, refined, and used as a benchmark for future Net Zero accommodation.

Construction & Delivery
The home was constructed in Prefabulous’ Wagga Wagga facility, ensuring high quality control, reduced waste, and build efficiency.
It was then transported and installed at Ingenia Holiday Parks in Inverloch in February 2026, demonstrating the speed and precision of modular construction.
