Project Overview
This project involved the delivery of modular accommodation for the Tumut Hospital redevelopment, supporting a major regional healthcare facility completed in 2022.
The Brief
The requirement was to provide high-quality, self-contained accommodation for healthcare workers, designed to be comfortable, functional, and suitable for both short and longer stays. The solution needed to be delivered efficiently, with minimal disruption to the live hospital environment.
Our Approach
We delivered a series of modular, single-bedroom accommodation units, designed and constructed off-site in Wagga before being transported and installed on location. Each unit includes a kitchenette, ensuite, and comfortable living space, creating a practical and welcoming environment for staff.
The Outcome
Five single-bedroom units were delivered and installed in one day, significantly reducing construction time and disruption to the hospital. The result is a well-resolved accommodation solution that supports healthcare workers while demonstrating the speed and flexibility of modular construction in critical environments.
