This stunning custom prefabricated four-bedroom home by Prefabulous is situated on a family farm in Lake Cargelligo, within the Lachlan Shire of New South Wales.

The unique and stylish interior was heavily influenced by the customer, who chose dark cabinetry, fixtures, and fittings to create a contemporary feel for the home.

Prefabulous collaborated with the client to incorporate modern design elements and realise the customer’s vision. Featuring gunmetal tapware and showers, the home boasts generous windows that bring natural light into the space, balancing the dark cabinetry scheme.

The pavilion-style floorplan includes three modules, each connected by a glass breezeway, with Monument Colourbond steel stealing the show. The double gallery-style layout with a central island provides ample space for entertaining and seamlessly connects with the central living areas. The laundry is designed in a similar style.
